Default Project upgraded to 2008 - Strange behavior

I just upgraded a project to 2008 and everything seems fine, except for some plan regions. I don't get what's wrong with these plan regions. But, I can't delete them and recreate them, because they give me the same problem. Once the plan region covers half of an object, the object disappears. Try for yourself. I copied these objects out to a blank file and it still happens, recreate the plan region and it still happens. It seems to pick objects too. There is one room that has two instances of the same family and one disappears, along with half of the dimensions in the room. Anyone know if something can be done? So far, it looks like I have to not use plan regions in three areas of the plan and turn off my 3d objects and draw them in in 2d because I can't make it work.

I put in a support request. It has gone to the development team. Maybe this is linked to some people's annotation markers disappearing when upgrading also.
