OSnaps on everything

ALL linework created by Civ3D needs to be osnapable. Profile grid lines, feature lines, linework in bands, label insert points, leader segments, all of it. There are many times additional linework needs to be added. It would be very helpful if we could draw a line or set an offset from something Civ 3D draws. Everything doesn't need grips, but more would be helpful to.

I second this. It seems this wish has been posted before so if that's the case I third this =)

It is very frustrating not being able to snap to certain C3D objects. I have to draw construction lines in order to snap to the desired point many times.

I have found in working with C3D much of the time savings that you see because of the new features are offset by extra work that is required on the users part due to lack of other features like this.
