Door styles vanishing

I have one of my users who when hes inserting a door object using a custom style, from a custom tool palette, is getting the door stly change to "standard" after inserting about 5 or 6 of the style hes picking from the Palette. Has anyone else come across this problem before.? Ive never had it happen to myself before , but i dont insert my doors the same way he does. I right click on an existing one in the model and use the "Add Selected" command. where as hes inserting the same style one after the other. If anyone has come across this or can off er a soloution it would be greatly appreciated.

If he right clicks on that tool palette, does he see the correct style name or "standard"?
Have him check the "Style Location" and verify that it is available and connected.

Checked the tool palette, The Door is displaying the correct style and pointing to the correct location for that style. it hasnt done it since the problem came up maybe it was just ADT acting flukey.
