Default Add iProp tab to store Revision Table Information

Summary: Add iProperties tab for Revisions that will track revisions made to parts/assemblies. This would contain all pertinent info for the revision block

Description: Creating a revision tab on the iprops to store revision history and allow easy insertion of rev table populated with the data from the rev tab.

How Used: Create a whole new tab in the iprops for a model.
Call it Revisions (It would be similar to the custom tab)
Column headings would be as follows.
Zone, ECO#, Description, Approved, Date, and revision and any others that people would need. (Maybe ADSK could poll users to see what headings need to be in there) I only use Date, Revision, ECO#, Description, and Approved

In the revision tab of the iprops you would store complete revision history, manually adding a new line as a revision is made.

The revision table in a drawing would be directly linked to that iprop revision tab. When a manual change is made the rev table in a drawing will automatically update on drawing open adding the new row.

When a rev table is added to a drawing it would automatically get filled in by whats on the iprop rev tab.

Default Re: Add iProp tab to store Revision Table Information

I think this is great idea, but realistically, Autodesk will not create a feature (Revision tracking inside the file) that would compete with Vault Collaboration or Professional.
