What about a bug reporting area, and a list of ones that get fixed? - I dont know who I am supposed to report bugs to anymore, as I can no longer deal directly with Revit.

Will do - although it turns out my bug wasnt a bug after all, just me being a bit blind!

I think we're all like that in some ways, Martin! For example, I'm a newbie when it comes to worksets. I've just never gotten into them.
