    Thanks for the feedback peeps
I guess I can use saved page setups from. I will give it a try.
But for me I think this is the only option.
I use so many customer drawings
Im the As-built guy and these macros seem to be the quickest
Sometimes I will just change the names of the .ctb file to get different results from the same maco.

    Publish is great too.
set-up only one file PLOT and change the all the set--ups in the Publish window and BAM lol

I still like toolbars and I like to create them.
For my keyboard shortcuts I modify them as well. I make my favs all close left hand keys.
cc=copy ss= paperspace instead of 'ps' etc.
I tend to think that tips help everybody

We use page setups and macros.

"Full" and "Half" are the Page Setup Names and "Kip Full" and "Kip Half" are the pc3 files. We use these two commands attached to Ribbon buttons

    ^C^C-plot No "" Full;Kip Full; No Yes
    ^C^C-plot No "" Half;Kip Half; No Yes

If we set up the files it's one click to get what you want and if it's someone elses file without our page setups the routine dies without plotting.
