    Default Upholstry

    Anyone know any good tips for getting upholstery (using mental ray) to look good???

    If you are on the latest release, it includes a number of presets for assigning proper settings to a material to emulate a cloth type surface (or leather, pleather or any other hard type upholstry surface). The materials fall under the Arch+Design material group. Pretty powerful stuff.
