    Default Support requests?

I tried to do a support request for my issue of the program locking up when zooming. I went to the Help menu > Create Support Request, and it said I had an invalid 000-0000000 serial number. I am running the 20070607 build, I thought this build fixed that issue?

Can you login to autodesk's subscription home page and submit a support request, please?

We have not found a solution for this.

Just got this same error. Perhaps a helpful person from Autodesk could provide information about this problem. Let's just see how helpful they are!

I read in the knowledge base somewhere that it may have to do with Revit Series ... if you install the AutoCad portion then the serial numbers reset themselves?

    Just what I saw somewhere...

Of course I can't install ACAD becuase I don't have a DVD player on my desktop but thats a different issue...

I think I read somewhere once that a solution was to open the "Licpath.lic" file in the program folder inside Revit and enter the correct serial number there, then restart Revit and it should have the correct serial number instead of 000-00000000.
