Rotating Spot Elevations

Does anyone have a way of doing this? they are system families and i cant find any options to change the orientation of the text in its properties. I am still using Revit Structure 4.

its not possible at this time. spots are not very user friendly.
we wanted to tag everything with live elevations.....waiting on autodesk to give tags and spots some functionality...

but i still say....Revit Rules!!!!
