    thanks Wes,

    sure looks like an Ati mnfctrd card, and the disk came with those latest drivers on it.

    I like the Ctrl + middle mouse button zoom tip... hadn't noticed you could do that - very handy for zooming using the Wacom Cintiq tablet.

    Can't say I notice any difference between the FX1500 and the V3400 apart from a feeling that the display looks 'nicer' on the V3400. 2D line redraws in non-Revit cad are definitely a wee bit snappier on the FX1500 but within Revit no difference - although, and it may be wishful thinking again, the Ati V3400 somehow feels more 'solid'... not sure why. Time will tell.

    don't you just hate it when you buy something (the Ati FireGL v3400) and then they announce a new version

    the new Ati FireGL V3600 gets 5/5 in this review
