Runtime error

We have been trying to open a Revit Building file from a client and get a Runtime Error! And Revit crashes
They have sent us a couple files to eliminate maybe a corrupt file??? Does anyone have any help in regard to this

Have you tried using the "detach from central" and "audit" options when opening the file?
Generally when we receive arch models I create a detached copy with unecessary links purged out to keep the number of errors/warnings to minimum.

I just tried that and I get the same Runtime Error
