Default Cannot 'run product' Autocad 2007 trial version?

I installed an official 30 day trial copy of Auto cad 2007, but the option "run the product" is greyed out? The only option available is to "Activate the Product, my operating system is Windows XP professional with service pack 2.

    Any Suggestions?
    Thank you

That sounds as though either a trial or a full version has previously been run on that machine.

It might be time limited as well. The trial might only be valid for, say year 2007. Get a trial version of 2008 and try that out. Or you could try setting the clock on your pc back a year or so and trying then.
