FM Desktop 7 - Errors # 70 and 438 when trying to open a drawing

Hi,

We just installed FM Desktop 7 and when we try to open a drawing we get "FMD_7.DeSelectObject Error #70 with message: Permission denied" and then "View FM Menus.VFMDataEnabled Error #438 with message: Object doesn't support this property or method".

I have been unsuccessful in locating any information in the Knowledge Base on the Autodesk website for either of these errors.

Has anyone seen these errors and if so, any suggested fixes? Thanks.

Hmm, I haven't seen these errors. Have you got User Specific permissions setup with Facility Manager? I haven't tried those yet, but, perhaps that feature has been disallowed for the user accidentally?

I am without even a clue to puzzle out the 'object doesn't support this property or method' error.

Melanie, Thanks for your post. One of our network staff adjusted the rights on the terminal server and the errors no longer appeared.
