    The issue is the block for Closed Filled is never inserted into the drawing as an individual block. Therefore, resetting the block to the closed filled block is not allowed. You could created a closed filled block and set the mleader arrowheadblock property to your custom arrow. That is not exactly what you asked for, but it is an option to return to that closed arrowhead.

    Hi Opie
    I was able to make the routine work by creating "ClosedFilled" block but I wanted to make sure I was missing something by doing it through code. Thanks.
