    Smile Extrude 3D object

    Hi All,

I have a question I don't know anyone can answer me!
I have a number of polygon, in which each polygon have their height information in the table. How it can automatically extrude the polygon to the proper height, according the value in the table?

It is easy task in another GIS software!

    Cheers,
    Eric

You can do an alter-property query to set the thickness to the height vaule. Note they must be polygons and not Mpolygons. Mpolygons are only 2d and have no "thickness" property. You can even set up a range table so it for example you have bldg footprints and a field with number of stories such as 1, 2, 100 , so that the height will be 1= 12, 2=24, 100=120 etc.
