    Default Open Dialog Box File Name Field Wierdness

    Name sums it up: On certain hardware (running xp 64 and RAC 200 the location for the "File Name" field of the "open" dialog box is located in a funny place. I can tab to it and type in paths or selct, but no matter how I move or re-size the box, it persistantly refuses to be in the correct location. See the image for details.
