The only way I know is to print to a PDF Printer like PDF Creator or Bluebeam.

    You don't 'convert' to PDF.
A PDF file is the output from plotting.
Run the plot command, and select your PDF print driver.

    Can you explain?
Do you mean it adds this to the plot file name or is there a problem in the dialog?

You can also use a third-party software like Slick! PdfPlus which also does batch conversion. You can download a demo from www.slickwin.com/slickpdfplusdownload.html.

i pick DWG to PDF in the printer / ploter selection area in the plot model dialog box.
when i hit print, i am promopted to path it to where i want it saved.
it automaticly uses the file name that i have it saved as
but it adds the paper size dimmensions + .pdf.
when i hit save the file name looks this,
    "filenamre"-"papersize".pdf.pdf

Is it actually adding the name of your viewport? Is your viewport labeled as your paper size?
