This is a critical need in several different ways. Elevation tags need to work in same manner as section tags, in that you need to be able to have them show in parent views by default, and then turn on intersecting views if you want. Also, elevation tags need to take on the minimum scale of the view they are placed in as the minimum scale they will be seen at, instead of always taking 1:400 as the minimum scale.

True, I did not clearly differentiate between sections and callouts. Sections do not show-up every where, in every view the way elevations do. Even if elevation tags were made to function like section marks it would be a huge improvement. All of these tags that create views should function in the same manner.
This wish has been reported as granted and already in the software.
