Summary: Increase the types of termination options in the extrude command

Description: Add more termination, offset, and distance options for extruded features. For example, add the termination type of "Offset from Surface" (positive or negative indicates direction to offset from target termination surface). Could also be applied to assembly-level features.

How Used: Adds more capability and versatility to part modeling.
