Default Plotting Aerials in 2004 on an 8830

We are currently experiencing a problem when trying to plot aerials on our 8830. The file sizes are consistent with what you would expect for the task, and the time to plot is correct for the plot file size. However everything plots but the aerial, has anyone run into this problem before, and if so what was the solution. Our thinking is that the drivers for the 8830 need to be updated, any thoughts?

Drivers are a good place to start Fred.
Also check the Properties toggle inside
AutoCAD to look at the graphics properties
    settings of the plotter.
Also check the plotting properties tab in options
for the OLE plot quality settings.
Verify that the image has not been placed on a
