Description: Parcel label style should be more flexible. Rounding of the Parcel label style should be able to setup so that when the length of the segment changes rounding of the decimal part change to the nearest 0.01, 0.1 or 1m etc as conditional to the lenght. Also should be able to hide and show trailing and leading zeros of the label relative to the length.

How Used: Victorian Title office required azimuth and the dimension of a parcel line shown to a specific accuracy. Shorter the length of the line accuracy to the nearest centimetre and longer than 500m the accuracy to the nearest 0.1 of the meter and does not show the trailing zeros. Azimuth display also has a similer but opposite format, shorter the length of the line accuracy of the angle shows to the nearest minutes and does not show the trailing seconds. For longer lines both minutes and second shows.
