When I mirror multiline text in flips it upside down. Why is this. Never use to. Is there a systen variable that has decided to turn itself on.

Thumbs down Re: When I mirror MText in flips it upside down

I don't think you follow.Thats what I have been doing but the text flips upside down as well. If I open another drawing it works fine. So I don't think it is mirrtext.

I think what he means is when he mirrors left to right it flips it upside down, instead of just backwards.

and your value for MTEXTED = internal? If not set it and retry with a new mtext line

The MTEXTED system variable was introduced in AutoCAD Release 13 to control which editor is used when editing mtext. You can enter it at the Command prompt or use Options / Files / Text Editor, Dictionary, and Font File Names / Text Editor Application. By default, MTEXTED is set to Internal, which means you're using the standard internal mtext editor.
