I think you need the full NavisWorks or JetStream Publisher software which exports to a format the free viewer can read.

You need a plugin for Revit to export to the navisworks-format

Or if someone else you're working with has NavisWorks you can export to a 3d dwg, send them that and they can then publish it to a .nwd which can be opened in freedom
