copy - paste

Hey there,

Does anyone know of a way to copy/cut - paste objects in the same drawing? Alternatively I'm looking for something that will set the page setup to none in either Lisp or ActiveX.
The copy - paste method would work as follows:
copy/cut all content out of the paper space and remove the layout. Paste all copied content back into the newly generated layout while the page setup has been set to none.
