Relative Paths back to Full Paths Kind a rush thing

Hello, all,
Heres the deal, my company is using Relative Pathed Xrefs to simplify sending files to different offices.

Problem is now we have to remove another level to the structure.

Is there anything out here right now that sets all xrefs paths to full paths.

By The way As you read this, it is very likely that I am using teh Search feature of these forums to find an answer, but I figured Id be safe and post the question whilst I hunt.

Use the external application Reference Manager installed along with AutoCAD, in your Autodesk start menu.
