Search Capability

Is there any way to limit my search to a specific directory, or better yet, to the directory I am currently in? PS seems to search the entire Vault no matter where I am in the tree at the time. (I'm using PS as a standalone viewer for those in my organization that don't have Vault installed, but need to access, view and print items within the Vault). I am speaking of the PS Webclient, which also installed with Design Review, etc

Have you tried selecting a folder in the folder tree and searching while that folder is selected?

That should do it.

Yes, I did try that - you can't highlight it, if you click on it , it goes there. Even if the file list is displaying the contents of a particualr folder, if you do a search, say *.idw, it will still search the entire vault. This is why I'm asking the question.

Mike, I'm not sure I understand. True, PS will jump to that directory, but once it's there, the standard search functions will work within that directory.

Does this not accomplish what you were asking?

I'm afraid this is the only way I know to do it.
