Fatal Error: Unhandled Exception

Does anyone have a solution to the following FATAL ERROR..?

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled c000000dh Exceptionat 78144424h

This is a recurring error when I am trying to create a "Quick Profile". I can sample the surface but when I attempt to create the profile grid this error pops up.

Any and all suggestions are wlecome. Thanks.

Are you using land, map, civl?

do you try install an Service Pack to repare this error
