    Smile Sorting Palettes Alphabetically

    Summary:
To be able to sort all the Palettes by their names alphabetically.

    Description:
We might create many palettes in order to locate there the specific tools that we are using. After some time, a rather large list of palettes exists which needs to be sorted so that finding and using them is easier.

I would like the ability for the palette, if it is a shared palette from the content browser to maintain the order of items on the palette to match that from the content browser.

The problem is that if a user add a new item to the CB in the correct place - it always goes to the end on the palette.
