Font problem editing Mtext

HI,

I'm using AutoCAD 2004 and when editing mtext I am getting the following error:

This object contains too many unknown fonts, and cannot be accurately represented within the editor.

The text I am editing was created in AutoCAD 2000 using RomanS. I am confused by this. The font is available on the network and that path is in the search paths.

Any help is appreciated.

Please wblock a piece of that mtext for us to examine.
My first thought is it contains symbols or other
formatting that is contained within it.
