Default Autocad 2008 Mtext Word formate

Creating a single spec sheet from a word doc takes a very long time due to the fact I have to reformat tabns etc.. I copy and paste into mtext. Havent used colums yet. Where can i go to lean the best way of bringing in a word doucment into mtext. A link would be nice but not if i need to OLE. Thanks in advance.

do a ctrl+c on the word doc then open autocad and then start the mtext. In the mtext box do your ctrl+v. this seems to be the easiest I have found. Good luck.

Thanks, However i still loose indents and tabs. Perhaps its the set up in the word document that's throwing me off
