Can't Copy and paste
I have several drawings that have been cleaned up in 2007 and saved back to 2000 format. However, we have noticed that you cannot copy or paste anything that is within the drawing. Example: Tried to copy/w/basepoint a line and paste anywhere. _pasteclip appears on the command line, but nothing else. Nor can you create blocks/wblocks. We see this a lot with drawings converted from 2007. Generally our fix is to insert the drawing into a new drawing as a bock. Then everything works fine. However, several of these drawings have automation tied into them, and if you copy the Automation parts, then they do not work anymore.and you have to start over..which takes hours. I can paste things in from other drawings, just cannot move anything to the clipboard from these particular drawings. Any ideas?
