Default What about modifying the databases?

I would like my firm to incorporate automated keynotes in our typical routine of work. However, even with 4,975 entries, there are not nearly enough selections. I think I can add to the bottom of the list, but then I don't know how to merge, say, new concrete masonry keynotes in with the existing. Does anybody fool with these databases?

I believe that's all you need to do is incorporate them with their correct CSI number. I believe that's what they are/were all based on. I don't think you'd want to add them to the end of the list. As far as old vs new. I'd think the best way is to keep a copy of the orginal. Aubin's book talks quite a bit about keynotes and keynoting. May be worth taking a look at.
