So the Revit masters of the world seem to recommend that you create a new local file from the central every day or two. It can be problematic to have people in the morning all opening the central file and performing a save as command (especially if someone heads to the kitchen for a cup of coffee and forgets to save the local file). I heard somewhere at Autodesk University that someone had created a little program to place on you desktop. The program will delete old local files and create a new one from the central file in its place (without ever opening the central file I believe). I think it is supposed to be somewhere on AUGI but I can't find it anywhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
