Need help w/ custom tags for footings

I've been searching through the forums & have not really been able to find what I am looking for so this is what I need...

Is there anyway to make a tag for footings that will show Mark, thickness of footing, & elevation at bottom of footing? I want it to look similar to this...

F1 (Mark # (which I got to show up fine)
1'-4" (Thickness (Possibly with a prefix or suffix next to the dimension)
BOF = 96'-4" (Elevation at bottom (Can get the elevation but I need the prefix "BOF =" on there as well)

I was messing with the tag family file trying to change the parameters some but I noticed there isn't a way to add a prefix to the elevation at bottom in there, at least not that I saw. Also, when I try to add the default thickness or the foundation thickness parameter to it as well, it always just shows up as a question mark in the tag like it can't detect the thickness. The majority of my footings that need to be tagged are isolated foundations if that makes any difference.

i ran into a similar problem trying to make a custom footing tag. turns out some of the parameters for footings just plain don't work. a friend gave me a work around my telling to set my thickness (or whatever parameter) into the "comments", so that it can still be scheduled.

as for prefix or suffix, this seems to be a big problem in many areas of revit. anybody have any clues on this?

But than I'd have to manually go in and set the thickness for every footing in the comments parameter?
