Exclamation Many different Townhouse Blocks with Same Layouts, Different Floor to Floors

Here is my problem, we are doing a project that has 4 different townhouse blocks with different numbers of units as we as different floor to floor heights from unit to unit (very sloped site). The one thing that remains the same is the layout of all of the townhouses. Now my question is, what is the best way to do this? Should we try to put all the blocks in one project? Should every block be their own project? Can we make them their own project and then somehow have a master file with all of them in it? We are doing the site plan in AutoCAD so they don't have to be in a single file. And what about the common layout of the units? Should that be a link? or should be group it? (I like grouping better because there are less wall join issues)

    Please Help!

    Thanks in advance!!!

Since floor to floor height varies you will need different models. Revit cannot deal with that. As far as the layout, i would use linked files with Design Options

I don't understand how I would use the design options.

For example in your floor layour file you create the 2-3 options that you need. Then on each project you go to Visibility/Graphics and specify which option you want to show.
