Question Plotting, memory error, file w/SID images

Using Civil 3D 2008. Trying to plot file with 9 images, .sid, 5.49mb each...specifically pathed. C3D returns "Fatal error, out of memory". Same file opened in 2006 plots fine.

Should I be handling images in 2008 differently than I did with 2006? Any suggestions?

    Thank you
    KC

It might be worthwhile to purchase a seat of RasterDesign, and use that to convert the MrSID files to png or jpg after they are placed. That will maintain the location, and you can create a new world file for the new file format to use in other drawings. file size and efficiency will be muchly improved.
