    Default Library Folder Location

We are having a lot of trouble understanding exactly where to locate the Library folder in relationship to the project file. We have one big project, called "Designs," with various jobs separated into individual folders. The master ipj, "Designs.ipj" is directly under the Designs folder. However, the Library folder is parallel (same level) as the Designs folder - which is where the ipj file is. Consequently, when we try to insert a part from the Library location, Inventor warns us that the part is not in the project path, will result in broken links, etc. This structure was set up by our Autodesk reseller during intial install, and as we are all newbies and non-IT folks, we are afraid to start messing with this setup. What are we doing wrong? Please see attached screen shots.
    Thank you

Did you ever try to add the parts to your project?
