How Used: TO MORE QUICKLY ROTATE POINTS IN CIVIL 3D THAN THE CURRENT PROGRAM WORKS

This should include the ability to rotate label and the marker independently of each other.

It would be ideal to be able to rotate them on the screen via a grip.
