    Default Change Background Color of Design Center

    Summary: The ability to change the background color of the design center.

    Description: BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE DESIGN CENTER BACKGOUND

    How Used: Increase contrast so that blocks are more visible.

    The design centre background colour is set by Windows Display Properties -> Appearance, so it can be changed to any colour you want, just not independently of other window backgrounds.

    The problem with this is that you can't change to to a dark color, like black because it messes up, oh, just about everything else
