Property Data Format for Numbers and Letters

Is it possible to create a data format that allows for both numbers and letters?
(Without having to create 2 and have a formula that combines them.)

You know.....I think I just figured it out!

I have to change the property set to "Text".

The only problem now is that it doesn't auto number.....any thoughts there?

That is the way Manual properties work. Text allows any character input, but will not increment. If you need automatic incrementing and alphabetic characters, then your only choice is two manual properties that are joined by a formula property.
