Text following a curve

I need to add text to my drawing which must follow a curve. How do I draw the text?

Hi

If you have Express Tools take a look at the command ._ArcText

PullDownMenu -> Express -> Text -> Arc Aligned Text

OR

Check out something like "CIRTEXT.ZIP" from http://www.cadresource.com/library/lispbc.html

OR

A search on the web will turn up other such routines.

I have Mechanical Desktop 5 and 6 loaded on our computers. These are complete power pack upgrades with AutoCAD 2000i and 2002. Were express tools shipped with these, as I can't find any reference in the manuals. Any suggestions to determine if express tools are on the CD and how to load?

Unfortunately express tools didn't come with these versions of AutoCAD.
