Properties palette displays only the general properties ??

I am using Acad2004, I select a circle and use properties command (ctrl + 1) to display the properties palette, but it's only display the general properties, I remember that last time can show misc properties for us to check & modify the radius/diameter. Is there any setting to set for the properties command?? please help, Thank You.
