Default Ability to Change View Orientation After Creation

Summary: After A view is created be able to edit view and adjust as needed to get a good presentation

Description: Be able to change the base view orientation after a view has been created.

How Used: There are times it would be nice to change or tweek a base view of a part or assembly after the view has been created. Perhaps a base view was created as a "pictoral view" to show balloon callouts, etc. Later it is observed that by rotating the view a couple of degrees, some detail might be seen that was previously missed. Currently, the option is to create an additional view or delete and recreate the original view.
