Default DWG Trueview 2007 object enablers

    Hello,

This is my first post so I hope I have this in the right location. I'm having an issue with DWG TrueView 2007. Our dwgs are created mostly in Bentley AutoPLANT running vertically of off AutoCAD 2005. When I try to view these is TrueView 2007, I only get proxy boxes and not an accurate representation of the piping.

I have the latest enablers from Bentley installed and I keep getting the message at the top on the command line that "at_custdb.dbx" cannot find a .dll or other file that it needs. "At_custdb.dbx" is one of the object enablers that is provided. Anyone have this problem in here?

I know this is probably a Bentley issue(oh how I loathe Bentley), but their forums are absolutely worthless and I have to get this working in all of our conference rooms for model reviews. Any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

This doesn't fix your problem, but can you download and install Bentley View and use it for your model reviews?

It will read DWG files and hopefully the AutoPLANT objects also.

This seems to work, although I don't think my boss will go for it. It might work for the moment, but he wants to use as little Bentley as possible. Can't say that i really blame him.

Just to follow up in case anyone runs across this same problem. I fixed the problem by installing Acad 2007 on my machine and copying the .dlls to the correct folder and mapped TrueView 2007 to that directory. Now everything shows up as it should on computers without AutoCAD on them.

I have the same problem than kingbayman, and i mapped the AutoCAD 2007 folder and it worked ok!. But my problem is when i copy the .dll that are listed in the at_custdb.dbx file to a new folder and then i mapped that folder... in that case it doesnt work...

so kingbayman...What .dll files did you use of AutoCAD 2007 folder?

Thank you very much in advance!
