Hi,
I am using AutoCad LT 2008 and the doubleclick to open text has stopped working, all I get is the properties box as if the item is not text. I have checked the DBLCLKEDIT and this is set to ON and the PICKFIRST is set to 1. Any ideas ?

In your CUI is the Double Click Action for Mtext set to mtedit?
Thanks for the help,
Mine looks like the attachement. Does this help?

Does this happen on all Mtext? I know if you use Express text mask on Mtext you can no longer double click on it to get the editor. After you double click on the Mtext is "All (2)" displayed at the top of the properties window?
Yep, because the mask is connected to the text object. Hit the scroll button next to the "All (2)", then pick mtext.
You can do that with all of your objects. If you wanted to adjust the layer of all the lines, for example. You could pick the entire drawing, then hit that filter box and all the components are listed. Then you just choose the one you want and the properties palette reflects the items you chose.
