Default Arch D (Landscape) - and other anomalies

here in the office we have a DesignJet 800 42" plotter. we have our .pc3 files set up on the network along with a drawing template that contains plotter configs and everyone's autocad looks to those for plot settings. however - between my bosses computer and my computer we see completely different page options when attempting to plot. his page size options have a lot of sheets in them, including the (Landscape) options for each sheet size, while mine does not (see attached.) recently we have also had issues with the plotter not auto-rotating pages to fit the roll size.

so far i have rebuilt the .pc3 and .pmp files and the errors continue to persist. any help on it is appreciated.

seems when things disapear from the print menu it is a corrupted driver. 8 hours on the phone with HP to discover this...
