Default Import Dwgs and Sheet Set info into another sheet set

If you send engineering drawings to an architect and both people use sheet sets, can the architect import the engineering sheet set into their sheet set, so that the engineering drawings would be part of the architect's sheet set, and the architect's sheet set would now have the information for the engineering drawings so that the fields in the engineering drawings still work?

Almost like combining two sheet sets into one.

Or is this something I will have to custom program?

when zipping them up (eTransmit), i recall seeing some options for including SSM information. i would run a trial just to be sure, but can't be possitive that's what it's there for.
Sometimes, i get lost in my own thoughts and need to ask directions to find my way back.
