What's it with Revit and shiny asphalt?
Overall this looks pretty good. The asphalt kinda ruins it, but nice bumpmapping with the plaster. The sky is pretty good as well.

If the ground level wall is concrete, you might want to add a touch of marble. I like to think realism is in the subtle imperfections.
