Design Center Problem - Inserting to Layout Tabs

I am having a problem dragging annotative blocks that i have created into layout tabs.

It doesnt show anything.

You can drag them into the Model tab, and they work correctly.

But when you drag them from the design center to the Layout, nothing shows up.

These are items like boarders, etc.

This must be something that i am doing wrong, because default blocks come in fine in both areas and behave normally.

I have attached one of the blocks created. These have been converted from 2006, where they work correctly.

I have used AEC content wizard to create them.

I checked your file and it looks like the FileInfo block is not annotative.
I redefined the block and made it annotative and it works just fine.
See attached file.
Remember to add the scales at which you want the block to display.
If you don't add the scales at which you want the block to display it won't.
Also remember that having blocks and file names the same is not good practice and will give you problems. E.g. a block named FileInfo in a drawing file name FileInfo.dwg.
