How do you manage the Revit content i.e. the families etc?

Hi,
How do you manage the Revit content i.e. the families etc?
Do keep the OOTB content on each local machine and have another common library for your "in-house" families? Or do you have all the content including the OOTB on the server?

All our content is on our server. And I do keep our custom content separate to Autodesk Revit content. This makes it easier to update the OOTB content with each release.
